Metropolitan Mark of Berlin and Germany makes an archpastoral visit to Holy Virgin Protection Cathedral
On March 16, 2025, the second Sunday of Great Lent, His Eminence Metropolitan Mark of Berlin and Germany visited his Cathedral of the Protection of the Holy Virgin in Berlin. During his three-day visit, His Eminence served every day, including performing the rite of unction. In his addresses to the faithful, he revealed the meaning of fasting, spoke about the situation of monasteries in the Holy Land and about the history of the Macedonian Orthodox Church.
