The feast day of the Smolensk Icon of the Mother of God and the 65th anniversary of the parish are celebrated in Canada

The Parish of the Smolensk Icon of the Mother of God in Jackson Point, ON, in a Russian settlement known as Berezki, celebrated its 65th anniversary on August 9-10, 2022.

Priest Maxim Abroskin, the parish rector, led divine services along with Priest Valentin Losev and Deacon George Bolshan, along with Priest Mark Lumes of the Pochaev Icon of the Mother of God Community in Grassi, ON.
