Bishop John of Caracas and South America celebrates Divine Liturgy on his namesday

His Grace Bishop John of Caracas and South America of the Russian Church Abroad celebrated Divine Liturgy on his namesday, the feast day of St John the Forerunner, Baptist of the Lord July 7, 2021. He was joined by His Grace Bishop Leonid of Argentina and South America of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate, local and visiting clergymen. Services were in Church Slavonic and Spanish. After the dismissal, Vladyka John thanked everyone for their communal prayer. Vladyka Leonid in turn thanked Bishop John for the invitation to celebrate Divine Liturgy, congratulating him on the feast day of his heavenly patron, wishing him firm spiritual and physical health and many more blessed years.
