JERUSALEM: July 1, 2021
His Beatitude Patriarch Theophilos of Jerusalem and All Palestine received Archimandrite Roman (Krassovsky), Chief of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission in Jerusalem of the Russian Church Abroad

On Saturday, July 26, 2021, in the lesser hall of the Greek Patriarchate in Jerusalem, His Beatitude Patriarch of Jerusalem and All Palestine, Theophilus III, received the Chief of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission in Jerusalem of the ROCOR, Archimandrite Roman (Krassovsky). A cleric of the REM, Priest Roman Gultiaev accompanied the Head of the Mission. Also present at the meeting was the General Secretary of the Patriarchate, Archbishop Aristarchos of Constantine.

At the meeting, issues relating to the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission and the Russian presence in Jerusalem were discussed in detail. His Beatitude thanked Fr Roman for his detailed report and as a blessing presented the members of the Mission with a copy of the icon of the “Jerusalem” Mother of God.
