The First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad participates in 75th-anniversary celebrations of Otrada
On Friday evening, June 4, 2021, the American-Russian Aid Association Otrada held a reception in honor of its 75th anniversary. "Today, ARAA ‘Otrada’ continues its service to our Russian community, supporting its cultural center in Rockland County, and two charitable foundations, one out of which was established in the memory of Prince Belosselsky– the founder of ARAA, and the other – in the memory of the Holy Venerable Martyr Grand Duchess Elizabeth. In accordance with their traditions of charitable acts left by Saint Elizabeth and Prince Belosselsky, these funds provide generous support of our Church, as well as various cultural, educational and humanitarian initiatives."
