I remember you today with concern and gratitude, offering my heartfelt greetings on the anniversary of your enthronement, fervently wishing you good health, boldness of spirit and spiritual peace in your continuing fruitful Primatial service to the benefit of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church!

I humbly beseech Your Beatitude to bless all the clergy and parishioners of the Russian Church Abroad, who always prayerfully support you and the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church as they hold high the banner of Holy Orthodoxy in the difficult circumstances of living in foreign lands.

With a warm heart I wish you a beneficial Dormition lent and a joyous celebration of the Transfiguration of the Lord and Dormition of the Most-Holy Mother of God, the feast day of our Holy Kievan Lavra!
