The Convent of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God prayerfully marks its 60th jubilee

On Monday, November 4, 2019, the Convent of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God in Kentlyn, a suburb of Sydney, Australia, celebrated its feast day. Russian Christians live this first Orthodox monastery in Australia, and so a multitude of believers gather every year for its patronal feast.
