The Autumn Pastoral Conference and Retreat of the Western American Diocese (photo-report)

From November 12-14, 2018, St Nicholas Cathedral in Seattle, WA, hosted the annual Autumn Pastoral Conference and Retreat of the Western American Diocese. The event was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the martyrdom of the Russian Royal Passion-bearers. The divine services and conference were held in the presence of the Myrrh-streaming “Hawaii-Iveron” Icon of the Mother of God.

After Divine Liturgy on Wednesday, November 14 , the clergymen and worshipers congratulated His Grace Bishop Theodosius of Seattle on the 10th anniversary of his archpastoral service. Protodeacon Paul Bilibin was congratulated on the 40th anniversary of his clerical service.

The cathedral parish was then given a decree of blessing signed by the Synod of Bishops.

A luncheon was then offered to mark the conclusion of the retreat and the anniversary of Fr Paul. Below are photographs of the event.
