Holy Cross Monastery in West Virginia Hosts the Great-Lenten Pastoral Retreat of the Southern Deanery of the Eastern American Diocese and the Patriarchal Parishes

Holy Cross Monastery in Wayne, WV, hosted the Great-Lenten Pastoral Retreat for the Southern Deanery of the Eastern American Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia and the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA from April 8-10, 2013. The event was headed by His Eminence Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York, who officiated at Divine Liturgy of the Pre-Sanctified Gifts at nearby Christ the Savior Church on Wednesday, April 10, along with His Grace Bishop George of Mayfield, the Abbot of Holy Cross Monastery, and the other participating clergymen.
