JERUSALEM: June 6, 2012
Holy Ascension Convent on the Mt of Olives Celebrates its Feast Day

Festive Divine Liturgy was celebrated on May 24, 2012, at Holy Ascension Convent on the Mt of Olives of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, headed by His Eminence Archbishop Gabriel of Montreal and Canada. Praying at the service were Abbess Moissea of Ascension Convent and Abbess Elizabeth of Gethsemane’s Mary Magdalene Convent. Arriving during Divine Liturgy was His Holiness Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem. A procession of the cross around the church followed Liturgy.
