Protopriest Victor Potapov Participates in a Webinar Titled “The Social Service of the Orthodox Church Abroad”

At a webinar held on November 30, 2011, in Moscow at the Department of Charity and Social Services of the Russian Orthodox Church, Protopriest Victor Potapov, Rector of St John the Baptist Cathedral in the US capital, discussed the social work of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia in general, and also how his parish began and developed its own social service. He also discussed the Fund for Assistance to the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, its history, and its fundraising efforts.
