2. Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America and New York
3. Archbishop Prokl of Simbirsk and Melekessk
4. Bishop Alexander of Bakinsk and the Caspian
5. Bishop Daniil of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Kuril
