The First Week of Great Lent at Holy Trinity Monastery (Photo-report)

The last days of the earthly life of His Eminence Metropolitan Laurus were spent in prayer, in performing Great Lenten services and reading the edifying works of the Holy Fathers and Teachers of the Church to the monastic brethren and to pilgrims. His Eminence boldly read the Great Canon of St Andrew of Crete every evening of the week, and twice celebrated the Divine Liturgy of the Pre-sanctified Gifts.
