We heard the joyous news of your forthcoming consecration to the episcopacy. We will remember you in our prayers on the Sunday of All Russian Saints, that the Lord enables you to receive the grace of Apostolic service. We pray that the Lord strengthens you in your labors and grants you energy and health, that your archpastoral service would be to the benefit and salvation of your flock, and to the glory and confirmation of the Holy Church of Russia!
