With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Laurus, His Eminence Archbishop Kyrill of San Francisco and Western America, His Grace Bishop Michael of Geneva and Western Europe and His Grace Bishop Varnava, Protopriest Yaroslav Belikov of the Cathedral of the Mother of God “Joy of All Who Sorrow” was sent to Cannes, where he participated in the divine services performed by Vladyka Varnava.
