Conference Registration Fees:

1] Conference Registration including accommodations:

Before May 1, 2004: $375.00 US Includes housing for 8 nights (Friday, June 25 ? Friday, July 2, 2004. Check-out on Saturday, July 3) at the Best Western Miyako Inn (4 people per room), transportation, all meals and conference fees.

Before June 1, 2004: $425.00 US
After June 1, 2004: $475.00 US

2] Conference registration excluding accommodations (for local attendees and those who are making their own arrangements to stay with friends):

Before May 1, 2004: $175.00 US
Before June 1, 2004: $200.00 US
After June 1, 2004: $225.00 US

Those wishing to come to San Francisco prior to the start of the Conference or to stay beyond the dates of the Conference must make their own accommodation arrangements for those dates.

Conference participants must be 18 years old and older.

The Conference meetings and meals will take place at the Holy Virgin Cathedral:

There is a limit of 150 participants for the Conference. Please do not make travel arrangements until your registration has been confirmed. If the Conference limit has been reached you may be put on a waiting list.
